Julian Thomas.
Jules was the man who brought all this about, with one infamous phone call saying "Do you want to go to Croatia?" Following this was a meeting in the pub, and the result was obvious. Team Captain and man-with-the-plan, Julian is most likely to be seen as the sensible one, bringing the maps an driving in the mornings. You must remember however, that of the team he was the originator, showing he's got that crazy streak necessary to go ahead with something like this.
Dee Charlton.
Dee is enthusiastic and fun loving, but relies on the rest of the team to talk sense. Not that he's too crazy for the task, but he's the most likely to be bouncing all over a nightclub (even if there's no music and nobody else is dancing), although he has also been given the so called worst driving tasks, such as London and the Stelvio Pass, showing the team know that when it matters he can be relied on to get down to business. And he was on the other end of Jules' phone call.
Michael Kendrick.
The above may seem like 2 extremes, but Kendrick ties this together with a good balance. He's probably the most relaxed of the team, known for exploits such as doing nothing but continue to eat his toast after the car he was in had just done a 360 in bad weather and reversed accidentally onto a drive. He's the man with the most knowledge of foreign places, having been to plenty of Europe with family.
